Cost increased due to unexpected issue encountered with a drain cover, and ended up more than I had budgeted. Quality of work was excellent, and they cleaned up afterwards. If doing this again, I would recommend obtaining a permit for path alterations, if only to smooth off council-owned path edging blocks (and ideally drop kerbs if necessary) – we were refused permission without the permit.
